Our policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exchanges (where apply)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, We will send a refund to the buyer and he will know of your return.
